Overview
This unit transmits and receives 4-channel SDI signals bi-directionally over a single fiber pair using CWDM technology (1270–1610nm). Each color-coded unit converts signals to a unique wavelength, allowing multiple color units to be daisy-chained for simplified signal aggregation and long-distance transport.

- Redundancy Compatible: Works with external Optical Changeover Switches (OCS) on both ends to provide seamless protection against primary fiber failures.

Connection Guide & Topology
- Point-to-Point Link: Connect the PEERS fiber port of Unit A to the PEERS fiber port of Unit B across the main fiber trunk.
- Cascading Multiple Units: Connect the CASCADE port of the first unit to the PEERS port of the next adjacent color unit in the chain.
- Color Order: You do not need to follow a strict color sequence when connecting units. The diagram printed on top of the device provides visual layout guidance.
